Shipping and firing
We dispatch your order as quickly as possible, within a maximum of 2-4 working days.

If your Drip Bag Box is in stock and you order by 12, it will go out the same day on 95%. It varies with couriers, so we make no promises on the 100%.

But if you get some coffee beans or regular ground coffee in a packet, it can be a bit different. We try not to keep coffee on the shelves for long, so if we don't happen to have a particular coffee in stock, we have to replenish the order after the roasting day. We roast on Tuesdays and Thursdays, pack the coffee and send it out on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Full description
Simple and tasty, what more could you want :)

Each sachet contains one Drip Bag and each Drip Bag has 12g of coffee in it. After removing the Drip Bag from the sachet, peel off the top as marked, unfold the wings and place on the cup. Pour the water twice. There are two ways to do this:

1. with weight - two pours of 80-90g each.

2. without weight - pour to full, wait for water to "go down", pour to full a second time.

The water should be about 94 degrees. If you have no way of checking this, simply boil the kettle, open the lid and wait a minute.

With us, the whole brewing process takes 3 minutes and 30 seconds, but this will vary depending on the water.

And what about the coffee itself? Kivu is our pour-over veteran. We've been roasting it since 2018. The 67% in the line-up are beans from Rwanda. The remaining 33% is the ever-changing surprise element - we tweak it to complement and harmonise with the fruitiness of Rwanda.
