Returns and complaints

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping by parcel machine costs PLN 13, by courier PLN 15. But please note, for orders over 99zł we will send free of charge to a parcel machine. And if you exceed 150zł, you can choose free courier delivery.
How quickly do you dispatch orders?
As soon as possible :)

More to the point: orders placed by 12 noon mostly go out the same day. After this hour, they are more likely to catch next day dispatch.

But: we try not to keep coffee on the shelves for long, so it may happen that on a particular day a particular coffee sells out before we put your pack together. We then replenish your order on the next roasting day. We roast on Tuesdays and Thursdays, pack the coffee and send it out on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Depending on the form of shipment chosen, the parcel may take another 2 to 5 days to arrive.
What are the forms of shipping?
InPost parcel machines and InPost courier.
Is personal collection possible?
Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to do this at the moment. We regret this, we like to see you in person, but for the time being we have no way of organising this.
Which coffee to choose?
Ha! This is where our quiz. Just answer a few questions and our prompts will pop up.

We would add from ourselves - different people like different things :) We, for example, don't brew dark roasted coffees in our pour-over coffee makers, but we know some people who do and praise them very much. It's worth experimenting.
Why is my favourite coffee no longer available?
Our coffee menu includes fixed and variable items. We have most of the coffees for the coffee machines and espresso machines, as well as Quick Transfers, on offer no matter what. They are so contrived that if you like a certain flavour, you will always find it with us.

Some coffees by design are short series. They appear and disappear. The idea is to try as many flavours as possible. Here it's all about overflow beyond the Quick.

What coffees are and will be?
Sweet Espresso, Italian Espresso, Cerrado, Fairtrade Espresso, Rwanda Twongere, Ethiopia Quick Transfer, Brazil Quick Transfer, Kivu Quick Transfer.
We are working to ensure that Guatemala Finca Bremen and Ethiopia Hambela are constantly on offer. And even if this doesn't work out - or rather, it will! - they will be replaced by coffees with a very similar flavour profile.
What is a Quick Transfer?
This is the name of a series of products for pour-over brewing methods - Brazil, Ethiopia, Kivu (Rwanda). Quick - because by design they are meant to be simple to use. No combinations or anxiety, grinder setting or recipe. They are supposed to be tasty and repeatable. So that you can brew a full pot in the morning, with your eyes slightly glued shut, and drink it all day long.
