We try not to keep coffee on the shelves for long, so if we don't have a particular coffee in stock, we have to replenish the order after the roasting day. We roast on Tuesdays and Thursdays, pack the coffee and send it out on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Cafetos de Segovia is a project bringing together small-scale coffee producers from the Nueva Segovia region in northern Nicaragua. It is this region, situated on the border with Honduras, that is responsible for many of Nicaragua’s most highly regarded speciality coffees. The high altitude of the farms, the cool climate and the long ripening period of the fruit result in coffees with high sweetness, a clear profile and great elegance in the cup.
