We try not to keep coffee on the shelves for long, so if we don't have a particular coffee in stock, we have to replenish the order after the roasting day. We roast on Tuesdays and Thursdays, pack the coffee and send it out on Wednesdays and Fridays.
What specifically do we have here?
Coffee is Brazil Fazenda Sertão. Grown by the Pereira family in the Carmo de Minas region, this is a perfect example of why beans from Brazil have long been a favourite choice of coffee drinkers around the world. This coffee is heavy and pleasantly sticky on the tongue. It is „velvety, meaning it envelops our taste buds gently and without „burrs” Well, and it is sweet, with no added sugar!

The first tea is Chai Black Tea. A very good black tea with spices. We detect cloves and cinnamon here. All together it brings to mind a very good Christmas gingerbread.

The second tea is China Jasmin. This is such a classic that it actually needs no introduction. We've been looking for a long time for a tea that tastes as good as this one. But after testing a large number of them, there it is at last! No fan of jasmine teas should be disappointed.
