We try not to keep coffee on the shelves for long, so if we don't have a particular coffee in stock, we have to replenish the order after the roasting day. We roast on Tuesdays and Thursdays, pack the coffee and send it out on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Finca Bremen was founded almost 130 years ago by Roberto Thomae and is now run by the third generation of the family. They place particular emphasis on sustainable coffee cultivation and organic quality. The farm is located in the Baja Verapaz region. The coffee trees grow at an average altitude of around 1,300 m. Varieties such as Bourbon, Caturra, Sarchimor and Anacafe 14 are grown on the farm. The limestone soil provides a unique coffee profile.
