We dispatch your order as quickly as possible, within a maximum of 2-4 working days.

We try not to keep coffee on the shelves for long, so if we don't have a particular coffee in stock, we have to replenish the order after the roasting day. We roast on Tuesdays and Thursdays, pack the coffee and send it out on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Full description
The queen among coffees from Brazil

Fazenda Pinheiro is located in the undulating hills of Mococa, in the northern part of São Paulo state. Maria Silva and Marco A. Guardabaxo acquired the famra from Ruben Pinheiro in 2003. In 2007, they planted their first 9.5 hectares of coffee. Over time, they expanded production to the current 92 hectares. The farm is located between 800 and 900 m above sea level, with coffee trees growing on the plains between the eucalyptus-covered hills. An additional 98 hectares are occupied by forest preserved as a biodiversity reserve.

The Guardabaxo family also runs a company exporting coffee (their own and other producers) to Europe and the USA - Ocafi. In this way, they shorten the distance between the farm and the final customer, become independent of intermediaries and diversify their business.

Marco Guardabaxo has extensive experience in agronomy, which he implemented on the farm from the beginning. Drip irrigation has been installed throughout the fazenda, so that the negative effects of a changing climate can be nullified and the constant development and quality of the cherries can be ensured. Fruit from trees up to the age of 6 years (or those no larger than 1.5 metres) is harvested by hand, only for harvesting from older trees are mechanical harvesters used. Pinheiro has a total of 2,160 m2 of terraces where the fruit is dried for 10 to 15 days. The grains are then distributed to 3 dryers in order to obtain the ideal moisture content before final export.
