We try not to keep coffee on the shelves for long, so if we don't have a particular coffee in stock, we have to replenish the order after the roasting day. We roast on Tuesdays and Thursdays, pack the coffee and send it out on Wednesdays and Fridays.
You know us, we like to experiment and look for more and further in coffee. We are no strangers to fruity notes, we like acidity. East African coffees or fermented Indonesian coffees are regular visitors at our house.
And maybe that's why we chose Brazil for our Christmas coffee this year. Because at Christmas we want to immerse ourselves in something familiar and enveloping. The first characteristic we look for in an espresso is body - how heavy and pleasantly sticky the coffee feels on the tongue. Is it „velvety” - that is, does it envelop our taste buds gently and without „burrs”. And whether it is sweet - or rather, how sweet we think it is in its natural form.
And that's exactly what this coffee is. And it is, in our opinion, the perfect coffee for Christmas.
