We try not to keep coffee on the shelves for long, so if we don't have a particular coffee in stock, we have to replenish the order after the roasting day. We roast on Tuesdays and Thursdays, pack the coffee and send it out on Wednesdays and Fridays.
What specifically do we have here?
Coffee is Brazil Fazenda Sertão. Grown by the Pereira family in the Carmo de Minas region, this is a perfect example of why beans from Brazil have long been a favourite choice of coffee drinkers around the world. This coffee is heavy and pleasantly sticky on the tongue. It is „velvety, meaning it envelops our taste buds gently and without „burrs” Well, and it is sweet, with no added sugar!

Pierwsza herbata to Chai Black Tea. Bardzo dobra czarna herbata z dodatkiem przypraw korzennych. My wyczuwamy tu goździki i cynamon. Wszystko to razem przywodzi na myśl bardzo dobry bożonarodzeniowy piernik.
