We dispatch your order as quickly as possible, within a maximum of 2-4 working days.

We try not to keep coffee on the shelves for long, so if we don't have a particular coffee in stock, we have to replenish the order after the roasting day. We roast on Tuesdays and Thursdays, pack the coffee and send it out on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Full description
Surprising Yellow Bourbon

You could write essays about this coffee. It has everything we love about coffee - and then some. You can drink it endlessly; it's one of those beans that never gets boring.

The coffee comes from a farm owned by Pablo Guerrero - an architect from Bogotá who decided to take up the cultivation of top-quality coffee. He bought the El Obraje farm in the Colombian department of Nariño and created a true masterpiece from it. His beans have won the Cup of Excellence title and competitors in coffee championships (not only in Poland) successfully compete with his coffee. You could say: mission accomplished.

Nariño is an absolutely unique place for coffee growing. Its proximity to the equator, the wide temperature fluctuations between day and night and its impressive location - as high as 2,300 metres above sea level. - make the fruit ripen slowly, developing depth and complexity of flavour. The volcanic soils and abundant rainfall take care of the richness of the nutrients, and this can be seen (and felt) in every cup.

And finally, our favourite detail: this coffee comes from the Yellow Bourbon variety. These two words do not sound like 'competition coffee'. They tend to be associated with Brazil, espresso and robust flat whites. And yet... Under the conditions of the El Obraje farm and with precise processing, this Yellow Bourbon tastes like the best Geishe. And so it is with every coffee from Pablo Guerrero - whatever the variety, you will always find that unique profile: flowers, tea, fruit.

Drink while it lasts.
