We try not to keep coffee on the shelves for long, so if we don't have a particular coffee in stock, we have to replenish the order after the roasting day. We roast on Tuesdays and Thursdays, pack the coffee and send it out on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Zaraz po zbiorze owoce kawowca zostały umieszczone w zbiornikach fermentacyjnych na 72-godzinnej w w towarzystwie owocowej pulpy liczi i drożdży winiarskich. Is it subtle? Not quite. This coffee attacks straight away and takes no prisoners. If you are a fan of balanced, classic beans, this is not for you. But if you like experimentation, intense flavours and aromas - you will not be disappointed.
