We try not to keep coffee on the shelves for long, so if we don't have a particular coffee in stock, we have to replenish the order after the roasting day. We roast on Tuesdays and Thursdays, pack the coffee and send it out on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Brand Coffee Farm is a project geared towards changing the perception of robusta - from a bulk raw material to a coffee with a clearly defined origin and quality. The farm combines modern cultivation practices with a regenerative approach, using composting, controlled processing and drying in tunnels to better control the final profile. At the same time, it acts as a knowledge centre for local farmers.
